Kitchen/Family Room
Entrance through double French doors into 'salle de sejour' large living room with sitting area, fitted kitchen at rear. Dining area with table and 6 chairs (approx size of living area 23ft x 14ft). Tiled floor throughout. Fitted kitchen with sink and taps, electric ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, plentiful cupboard space, worktop: equipment includes electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave/grill, all necessary crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. for min 6 people. Large cupboard under stairs houses cleaning equipment, hoover, ironing board etc: we supply starter cleaning materials,washing machine and dishwasher tablets, loo rolls and bin bags.
There is a sitting area with large comfortable double sofa bed, easy chairs, TV/DVD player and radio/CD player. The living space is open plan with sofa bed, armchairs and coffee table.
WC room
Downstairs WC located off main living area via door, includes basin with light and shaver point.
Master Bedroom
Large room (approx size of room 19ft x 10ft) with double bed, bedside chests with lamps, full length mirror, built-in wardrobe, easy chair and table. Space for a folding cot (also available upon request). Hairdryer supplied. Laminate flooring throughout with bedside rugs. Window has sliding fly screen. All beds supplied with duvets and ample pillows, bed linen included, house towels (1 bath 1 hand ) also included, beds made up for your arrival : bottom sheets only for cot.
Twin Bedroom
Twin 3 foot beds, chest of drawer, bedside lamps, built-in wardrobe, Velux window, (approx size of room 13ft x 10ft). Laminate flooring throughout with bedside rugs.
Bathroom
Tiled bathroom with power shower, shower cubicle, WC, basin with light over and shaver point.
Stairgate
There is a stair gate fitted at the top of the stairs for childrens safety.
Outside
Property has a paved sitting area with table, chairs and parasol, screened by a wall and trellis/fence with climbing flowers. Each gite also has its own allocated BBQ for alfresco dining on those long summer evenings.
We have a bike rack in one of our barns (locked at night) where bikes can be securely stored.
